<<< to shake you and your fossils out >>>

A rápida opinião da The New Yorker sobre o debut empolga: "Corin Tucker was the front woman for the brilliant rock band Sleater-Kinney, and now she’s a solo artist. This week in the magazine, Ben Greenman writes that “1000 Years,” the début album from the Corin Tucker Band, finds the vocalist and songwriter more subdued than usual, without as much of her trademark yowl. Still, the record provides, “for the most part, highly compelling material, intelligent, deeply felt, and consistently likable,” and when she returns to the more energetic music of her previous band, “it’s just as cathartic as ever." Ouçamos!
